  • 1987年7月获郑州大学物理系学士学位;

  • 1993年7月获郑州大学物理系凝聚态物理专业硕士学位;

工作经历

  • 1987年7月起至1997年9月在华北水利水电学院任教,任副教授;

  • 2000年7月在复旦大学光科学与工程系 任教,任教授(2007年),博士生导师(2009年);

  • 2003年6月至2004年7月、2006年、2007年、2012年、2015年五次在美国能源部Ames实验室和衣阿华州立大学物理系从事访问科学家研究;

  • 2006至2015年 美国能源部Ames实验室海外兼职研究员;

  • 2015年5月入选《Scientific Reports》Editorial Board Member;

  • 2015年9月至2023年9月 担任上海复旦中学博雅教育导师;

  • 2021年9月担任复旦大学腾飞书院班导师。

祝贺同济大学化学系刘光磊同学与王占雨同学以并列第一作者身份的论文《Interfacial Bridge Bonds Covalently Connecting Electrode and Catalyst for Boosted Hydrogen Evolution Reaction》发表在Nanoscale上。

祝贺乔崇同学的工作“Local structure origin of ultrafast crystallization driven by high-fidelity octahedral clusters in amorphous Sc0.2Sb2Te3’发表在Appl. Phys. Lett., 2019, 114, 071901。

这项工作从理论上揭示了以Sc原子为中心的八面体团簇具有很高的稳定性,近邻原子对中心Sc原子具有很高的键合能力;显著降低了SST成核的随机性,缩短了晶籽的孵化时间,提高了SST的相变速度。


祝贺郭艳蓉同学的工作“Structural, electronic, and optical properties of a-Te tubular nanostructures:A first-principles study”发表在APL Mater. 7, 031105 (2019);

该工作从理论上研究了两种Te纳米管随管径变化引起的电子结构和光学性质的变化,发现armchair结构的Te纳米管在管径变化时出现由间接带隙半导体到直接带隙半导体的转变。
