重点为探索提高光伏效率的新原理，开发新型光电子材料以及光伏器件。 研究方向侧重于三个方面，即色散型高效光伏结构，全太阳光谱硅太阳电池,以及高效柔性太阳电池。研究工作得到国家科技部973子课题，上海市科委重点项目以及国家自然科学基金的支持。研究结果将应用于航天电源，地面太阳能发电站以及其他的军用民用太阳能电源设备。Solar Energy: The research focus on the development of novel principle of photovoltaic, optoelectric materials and photovoltaic devices to achieve high photoelectric conversion efficiency. Three subjects are covered, that is, dispersive type high efficiency photovoltaic device, all solar-spectrum Si solar cell and high efficiency flexible solar cell. The research has been supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Science and Technology Committee of Shanghai Municipal Government and the National Natural Science Foundation. The research results may find applications in space power, terrestrial solar power station and other solar power devices.
